We are able to offer our customers an additional surface treatment service: it is micro-shot with ceramic or glass spheres, which is nothing but a mechanical pickling for stainless steel and non-ferrous materials. This treatment, in addition to standardizing the surface effect of the product, decontaminates the stainless steel from any residue of “thermal decomposition”, cleaning that restores the stainlessness of the steel surface, and our systems are equipped with an anti-contamination system from very dangerous traces of ferrous materials which could trigger a corrosion process.

This treatment is preferable to chemical pickling as:

• surfaces are recovered where grinding or scratches are present;
• the ecological impact is non-existent;
• acid stagnation and percolation are non-existent; ;
• possibility of treating also supporting frames of machines;
  rounding and rounding of welds.
